What is the difference between Provisional Pre-Licensing Training and the Exam Prep Training?
The Provisional Pre-License Training is an 8 hour educational class mandated by the Oklahoma Insurance Department in order to obtain a Provisional license.
The Exam Prep Training is a preparation class for the Oklahoma state licensing exams to become an insurance producer, CSR or Adjuster.

How many CE hours do I need to renew my license?
PRODUCERS: 16 hours of CE every two years which must include two hours ethics and two hours electives.
CSRs: 12 hours every 2 years which must include 2 hours ethics and 2 hours electives.
ADJUSTERS: 12 hours of CE every two years.

What if I fail my online self-study exam?
You may retake your exam. Online testing allows you 5 attempts to pass. After a failed 5th attempt, you will be locked out of that exam. You may choose another course or after three days, you may call our business office to unlock the exam and test again. ____________________________________________________________________

Will I take my Oklahoma Resident Licensing exam through Stone Insurance?
We are not a testing service. After your state insurance application has been approved by the Oklahoma Insurance Department, you will receive a letter with the information about PSI Testing Service.
We recommend taking your exam 3-10 days after our training courses. ____________________________________________________________________

Which Exam Prep training do I need to become a Producer?
We have organized our training classes to coordinate with the examinations. The licensing exams are divided into:
1) Personal & Commercial Lines or Personal Lines only for Property/Casualty Producers/CSRs.
2) Life Accident & Health or Life only for the Life/Accident & Health Producers.
We offer training for Personal & Commercial lines, Personal Lines only, Life, Accident & Health, Life only.

Which Exam Prep training do I need to become an Adjuster?
We have organized our training classes to coordinate with the licensing examinations. Both Personal lines and Commercial lines are necessary to become a full lines adjuster. ____________________________________________________________________
May I cancel or transfer to another pre-licensing seminar?
Yes, you may transfer to any other scheduled STONE Insurance Education Exam Prep training seminar within 6 months.
If you cancel at least 3 business days in advance, we will gladly refund your money; otherwise, you may transfer to another class or send a substitute in your place. ____________________________________________________________________
What do I bring to class?
STONE Insurance Education will distribute all workbooks and study materials when you arrive at each Exam Prep training.
Bring pen, pencil and highlighters to use in your workbooks. You need not purchase any other books or study materials.
Wear layers of casual and comfortable clothing realizing that temperatures in the classroom may vary. ____________________________________________________________________
