How many CE hours do I need to renew my license?

PRODUCERS: 24 hours of CE every two year license renewal period which must include 3 hours of ethics and 2 hours of legislative update. Title producers are required to have 16 hours including 2 hours ethics and 2 hours legislative update.
CSRs: 13 hours every two year license renewal period which must include 3 hours ethics and 2 hours legislative update.
ADJUSTERS: 24 hours of CE every two years license renewal period which must include 3 hours of ethics and 2 hours legislative update.
Additional CE Requirements
Annuities: Producers who sell, solicit or negotiate annuities are required to complete a onetime four hour training course. Must be completed prior to selling, soliciting or negotiating such products. The 4hr course will apply toward the biennial CE requirement. Click for OID notice.
Long Term Care Partnership: Producers who sell, solicit or negotiate long-term care insurance policies must complete an initial eight hour training course prior to selling, soliciting or negotiating such products. A four hour LTC Partnership course must be completed during each subsequent license renewal period. The 8hr and 4hr courses will apply towards the biennial CE requirement. Click for OID notice.
Medicare Advantage: Producers who sell, solicit, or negotiate Medicare Advantage or Medicare Private Fee for Service products are required to complete an initial eight hour training course prior to selling, soliciting or negotiating such products. The 8hr course is in addition to total CE requirement. A four hour training course must be completed during each subsequent license renewal period. Workers' Compensation: Resident and Non-Resident Adjusters that adjudicate Workers' Compensation claims in Oklahoma are required to take 6 hours of CE in Oklahoma Workers compensation Act.

- Use URL link which will be email at least 1 day prior to webinar to access Adobe Connect Meeting.
- To access Adobe Connect Meeting use the URL link that will be email at least 1 day prior to webinar.
- Connect to the meeting 5-15 minutes before start time.
- Class will begin promptly at start time.
- Login by clicking on "Enter as a Guest". Type in First and Last Name.
- Login/Logout times are recorded. Late arrival or early exits will not receive CE credit.
- Attendees are required to be present and listening during the full course presentation.
- You will be required to respond to roll calls which will pop up on the screen periodically during the Webinar.
- You will have approximately 3 minutes to respond to the roll call. If you do not respond, you will not be eligible for CE credit.
- If there is more than one attendee at your computer, a Monitor Affidavit is required; otherwise only the logged-in participant will receive credit.

- CE certifications are filed with the state next business day. A copy of the certification may be download from your account.

Online Self Sudy CE

You will choose courses by going to the "Find a Course" page and selecting options. Pick from the Available Courses for your license type. Select courses and complete the checkout. The course study material will be emailed to you in a PDF file and the course examination will be found on your personal account page.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------How do I complete my Online Self Study Continuing Education with Stone Insurance Education?
Former users: Login to your account with username and password. New users: Click "First Time to Register" on the home page.
Go to "Find a Course" (red navigation bar).Drop down menu - Select from the four options to find courses. Select from list of Available Courses based on number of CE hours needed.
After purchasing the course you will receive an e-mail with your course study material attached in a PDF file. When you have read and studied the material and when you are ready to take your exam, return to the website - www.StoneCE.com
Login to your account. On the Welcome Back page, click on "Incomplete Online CE Exams" to drop down the test list. Click on the title of your course test and you will enter your test.
At the end of the test you will click "Grade My Test". At this point you will know if you passed. You must score 70% of the multiple choice questions to receive certification. If you do not pass you may retake. There are no additional fees for exam retakes.
Stone will electronically send certification on the next business day to the Oklahoma Insurance Department through State Based Systems. Certification will reflect the date of the completed exam. At this point you may login to your account on our website and print a copy of the certificate for your records.

After purchasing the course you will receive an e-mail with the course study material attached as a PDF file. You should receive your course textbook material within 5 minutes of purchase. The course study material is also available to you on your account page of our website, under "Online CE Course Study Material"

After you have studied your course material, go to StoneCE.com and login with your username and password. On the Welcome Back Page click on "Incomplete Online CE Exams" which will drop down your test list. Click on the red title of the course.

How much time do I have to finish the test?
CAUTION: Do not let your computer sit idle for more than 20 minutes. The test will time out and answers may not be saved.
Otherwise, the test is not timed and can be saved at any point by scrolling to the bottom of any test page and clicking "Save Answers and Exit Test". The time frame for completing this exam is only limited by course expiration or your license expiration date.

When will I know I passed?

How do I pay for my course?
Credit Card- Cardholder name and billing address must be correct for the credit card being used. NO Credit Card numbers are stored in our system.
Pay by Mail- Final page of payment will display order number and address to send with payment. Please print this page and include with payment. Caution: CE certification will not be filed until payment is received.
Pre Arranged Billing- Used only if your company has made prior arrangements with Stone Insurance Education. You will be asked to enter company name, authorized company representative, and his/her phone number.

Do I take my Oklahoma Licensing exam through Stone Insurance Education?
Stone Education is not a testing service. The Oklahoma Insurance Department uses PSI Exams as the testing service.
NOTE: We recommend taking the licensing exams 3-10 days after Stone's Exam Prep training courses.

We have organized our exam prep training classes to coordinate with the licensing exams.

For Life/Accident & Health Producer or CSR, the licensing exams are:

Which Exam Prep training do I need to become an Adjuster?
We have organized our training classes to coordinate with the licensing exams. Both Personal lines and Commercial lines are necessary to become a full lines adjuster (Property, Casualty, Motor Vehicle).

May I cancel or transfer to another pre-licensing seminar?
You may transfer to any other scheduled Stone Insurance Education Exam Prep training seminar within 6 months at no additional charge.
If you cancel at least 3 business days in advance, we will gladly refund your money; cancellation of 2 business days or less will only allow you to transfer to another class or send a substitute in your place.

What do I bring to class?
Stone Insurance Education will distribute all class workbooks and study materials when you arrive. No other materials are required for Stone's Exam Prep classes.
Bring pen or pencil and highlighters to use in your workbooks.
Wear layers of casual and comfortable clothing, realizing that temperatures in classrooms may vary.
